TEACH FOR THE NEEDS

As refugees fleeing from warzone, Syrian children are left behind a lot in terms of education.

 

Being close witnesses to this unfortunate incident, Malaysian students studying in Jordan decided to start an initiative - a learning centre to help the children recover their education and self-esteem.

 

The program started in 2014 and since then has helped more than 200 Syrian children.

 

The children learn from various educational approaches such as Music, Theatre, Language, Arts, Islamic teachings and many more. They enjoy being in the centre as a sanctuary for them to escape from the horrible aftermath of war and be children again.

 

We aim to continue this initiative so that we can help them pursue their hopes and dreams.
